I was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama. I grew up fishing, spending days on Mobile Bay, and living the kind of coastal life that stays with you wherever you go. This place shaped the way I dress, the things I value, and eventually the idea behind Gulfborne.
I kept seeing the same expensive national brands everywhere, but very little that felt personal to the Gulf Coast I knew. Gulfborne began with a simple idea: create coastal apparel and goods with their own identity — understated, well made, and rooted in Fairhope, Mobile Bay, and the communities along the broader Gulf.
